Q: Why the camera will not rotate?

A: If you plug the USB cable into the camera to power on, the camera will not rotate. If you want to rotate the camera on the APP, you must connect the solar panel to the camera.

Q: Why I can't connect the camera to the WiFi?

A: Please check the wifi is 2.4G and this camera isn't compatible with 5G wifi. Then please reset the camera and connect the devices again.(The reset button is on the SD card slot).

Q: Why doesn't the camera turn on?

A: Please check if the camera have enough power and can fully charge it before the first time use.(If you use the solar panel to store power, please check the connection between the camera and the solar panel is correct.)

Q: Why the camera doesn’t connect to the phone APP?

A: Check if your phone is connecting to 2.4G wifi.(The camera isn't compatible with 5G wifi). Please download APP "EseeCloud" on your phone and add the camera to you phone via the APP.

Please check if the distance of your phone, camera and the router is within 30-100cm when connect them.

Please reset the camera(the reset button is in the SD card slot) and connect again.

Q: Why the camera would offline?

A: Please check if the distance between the wifi router and camera within 100cm, and reset the camera and connect it gain.

Q: Why does the wifi QR code fail to load?

A: Please update the version of APP "Eseecloud".

Q: How to do when the SD card doesn't store the motion video?

A: Please insert the SD card to into the camera, check the button of "PIR" and "Motion Detection Recording" is turning on of the phone APP, it will store the video when it detects motion. If SD card doesn't store the motion video, pleasa format the it.

Q: How to add the camera to phone APP?

A: Please check and refer to our user manual.

Q: Not completely wireless/Was advertised as wireless.

A: "Wireless" means that the camera works with the 2.4Ghz wifi and doesn't need to plug in the network cable(Don't support 5G wifi), but the solar panel needs to connect to the camera to supply power.
